1.  In order to set liquid lipstick use eye cream.  Remember eye cream has no color.  And your eyelids are a more sensitive skin much the same as the lips.  If you apply liquid lipstick on top of eye cream it will not affect the lip formula or wear time.

2.  You can also apply to entire face...  Eye cream is made for the more sensitive skin of eye lids.  Therefore...  eye cream would be more than safe enough to apply to entire face.
