I know I'm a few days late reporting on this. But, I thought it was important to talk about. According to LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) Los Angeles police seized over $650,000 dollars of fake Kylie Jenner makeup products this last week. The article went onto say, 'The LAPD raided 21 locations in the city’s Santee Alley shopping area, seizing knock-offs of popular makeup brands including Urban Decay and Kylie Jenner’s Kylie Cosmetics.' Apparently according to LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) the Kylie products were found to contain bacteria and human feces.

I never recommend anyone to purchase fake makeup products. It can be tempting partly because the packaging is extremely similar, the product hues are close and the price is cheaper than the original. But, many times fakes are made in less than desirable working conditions and the workers do not have to abide by any standards for cleanliness.

If anyone wants a close dupe the best thing to do is to seek out similar colors or formula made by a reputable company. That is what much of what EL BLAB is based on... Finding lower prices dupes/ alternatives from the drugstore made by brands that are known world wide. Be careful out there and choose what you buy carefully with your safety in mind.
