Vlogger Laura Lee is due to release her 2nd try at a makeup line on April 24th. Within the LL launch we have an eye shadow palette NudiePatootie $45, 3 liquid lipsticks $16 each and two eye pencils $14 each. All of the products in this release seem to be nudes. Laura of course wants to appeal to the masses and have products that will sell.

Its all about the bottom line... Making as much coin as possible. Which brings me to my next point... Why is this makeup palette yet again marked with a $45 dollar price tag? Then there is shipping on top of that. What is going on here? Is this palette equal or better than the iconic Too Faced chocolate bar palette $49, Lorac Pro palette $44 or the ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS Soft Glam Eyeshadow Palette $42 dollars? Do people like Laura Lee have advisors who call out their flaws? Individuals who are new to the makeup game and feel they can come in and do head to head competitive pricing with the big players in the market are making a massive misstep.

If its not clear already... No, I don't like this palette. I find the colors boring, the price is too high and I can get something better for less money (post coming soon on great drugstore alternatives).
