By now most of us have heard of the Yves Saint LaurentTouche Eclat Blur Primer $52 and the GuerlainL'Or Pure Radiance Face Primer $74 along with their magical powers to lift the face and make it glow.  We can't all spend $50 on primer!  So, there is NYX COSMETICS Honey Dew Me Up Skin Serum & Primer $16. Will it tighten your face?  No.  Will it do its job as a primer and help keep your foundation on longer, hydrate the skin, contribute a little healthy glow to the face?  Yes.  I feel the NYX primer is good for people with dry skin.  Some of complained it is 'sticky' or 'slimy' but these things tend to work for drier skin from experience.
